Shipping policy

Flat rate boxes and or packages are insured for up to $50. It is your responsibility to ask to add additional insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged item by carrier. If you receive a broken or damaged item. You will need to file a claim with that carrier. You will need to keep and provide; pictures of box, picture of all packing material, picture of item, and, picture of invoice.
